Online application

Note: This tutorial assumes you are pursuing an undergraduate degree and that you are applying via online.
Also take note, be sure to take TOEFL early. My advice is to take the iBT test (Internet Based Test) .


1. Self-reflection
    Decide on a major based on your personal attributes and liking.


2. Online application
       - Go to the main KU wesite, www.ku.edu
       - Click on admissions  and then proceed to click on international undergrads,  
         regardless of whether you are a transfer student or a freshman.

       - Here's the link where you should be at right now = http://www.iss.ku.edu/admissions/
       - Important information are located on the left side of the page. READ THOSE BEFORE 
         PROCEEDING.

3. Create account and apply

    - On the right side of the page, click on online application. 

Online application      

       - You should be at this page right now = https://www.applyweb.com/apply/kui/
       - First time users - go ahead and click Create your account.

Create your account

       - Once you clicked that, you will be prompt to enter your name, email, and contact. 
       - And then, be sure to create a username and password that you can remember easily, 
         otherwise, jot it down somewhere. 
       - After you are done, REMEMBER to click on submit.

Submit

       - Once you have an account, go ahead and click on work on your application.

Work on your application.

4. Filling out your details
       - Proceed page by page and fill out the details that were asked by the online form. 


5. Finish up.
       - After you have finished filling out the form, remember to click on something like save and 
         submit. 
      - Pay 75 $ using your credit card. (I'm sorry it's that expensive) 
      - And that's it, the first step in your application process is done!!
